GreenBarrier Suit (BSL-4)

The GreenBarrier Suit (BSL-4) is a reusable, gas-tight full-body protective suit specifically developed for work in environments requiring the highest level of biological containment (BSL-4). It is used wherever handling highly pathogenic biological agents demands the utmost level of personal protection—such as in high-containment laboratories, specialized research facilities, and clinical biohazard response scenarios.

Maximum Safety Through Positive Pressure Technology

The suit operates in positive pressure mode, ensuring that internal pressure always remains higher than ambient pressure. This reliably prevents potentially contaminated surrounding air from entering the suit. An external compressed air supply provides a constant airflow, distributing air evenly to the wearer via an integrated multi-point air distribution system. Three exhaust valves located in the hood area support controlled air release and maintain a stable protective air cushion.

Clear All-Round Visibility and High Ergonomics

A key feature of the GreenBarrier Suit is its large, anti-fog panoramic visor, which provides clear, near-unrestricted all-round visibility. This significantly enhances safety while also improving precision and efficiency during demanding tasks. The gas-tight front-entry zipper allows controlled donning and doffing and is fully integrated into the suit’s sealing concept.
