Chemical Protective Suit with Integrated Mask Seal
This high-performance chemical protective suit is designed for operations under extreme conditions and provides reliable protection against hazardous liquids, gases, and chemical substances. The system ensures a continuous, gas-tight barrier even under mechanical and thermal stress.
The suit is compatible with all full face masks according to EN 136:1998, Class 2 or 3. In combination with an appropriate respiratory protection system, it ensures dependable respiratory protection under demanding conditions. Masks are not included but can be seamlessly integrated and worn underneath the suit.
Integrated Face Seal System
A key safety feature is the integrated face seal, ensuring a defined, gas-tight connection between the suit and the full face mask.
The hood incorporates a molded rubber sealing frame that provides a secure, gas-tight closure under respiratory full face masks. This mechanically robust and chemically resistant seal is permanently integrated into the suit and maintains its integrity even during movement or extended wear.
Gas- and Liquid-Tight Zipper
The rear-entry zipper is gas- and liquid-tight, chemically and thermally resistant, and permanently welded to the suit. Its welded construction prevents hazardous substance ingress and enhances structural durability while reducing contamination risk in the front area.
Integrated Boots and Gloves
The suit is equipped with permanently attached chemical protective boots and high-quality gloves. Both are securely connected via a coupling system to ensure a continuous protective barrier, while still allowing replacement without compromising suit integrity.
